Commercial Lines - Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• The manager has to plan, direct and coordinate different aspects of the operating area he/she has been allotted
• Make sure that operations run smoothly and according to company policy
• Must maintain good relationships with brokers and insurance companies and their representatives
• Continually see that the marketing strategies are successfully implemented and are actually contributing to the profits of the company
• Screen, interview, hire and train those that report to him/her
• Evaluates and gives feedback required for his employees to be successful

Education and Qualifications
A College degree is desirable but not a requirement; Past experience in a sales management role with a track record of getting results is a requirement.

Pay in line with experience level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
