Compensation

$140,000 – $275,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Commercial Litigation Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Ohio, including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo.

If you have experience representing businesses in sophisticated commercial disputes and are interested in exploring opportunities anywhere in Ohio, I'd love to connect.

Ideal Background

• 2–8 years of commercial litigation experience

• Experience handling complex business disputes in state and federal courts

• Experience with contract disputes, shareholder litigation, business torts, restrictive covenant matters, fraud claims, or financial services litigation

• Experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and discovery

• Experience taking and defending depositions, attending mediations, and preparing cases for trial

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Ability to independently manage matters while providing exceptional client service

• Excellent academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
