A premier national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing leading financial institutions, public companies, and other sophisticated clients in high-stakes commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement actions, and class action matters.
• 3–6 years of commercial litigation, complex business litigation, or financial services litigation experience gained at a sophisticated law firm
• Experience representing financial institutions, corporations, and other sophisticated clients in complex litigation matters
• Experience handling commercial disputes, regulatory and enforcement actions, class actions, and other high-exposure litigation
• Experience managing all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Experience drafting substantive motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related filings
• Experience litigating matters in state and federal courts
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters while working directly with clients and litigation teams
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
