Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

I am partnered with a CA firm that is looking to add a Commercial and Business Litigation Attorney to their team. This position is with a boutique firm that focuses on real estate and business matters. This is an in-office position but can be remote if interested in working on an hourly basis. 

Background:

• 4+ years of experience in private commercial litigation practice
• Areas of practice include breach of contract, fraud, contract disputes
• Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
• Motions practice, dispositive motions
• Experience in state, federal and appellate courts
• Admitted in CA
