Job DetailsWe are seeking an ambitious Commercial Litigator with at least three years of complex litigation experience to manage high-impact matters from inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts, particularly New York's Commercial Division.
- Lead fact development, draft substantive motions, appellate briefs, and critical litigation documents.
- Manage discovery end-to-end, including taking and defending key depositions and overseeing expert witness prep.
- Appear in court for hearings, oral arguments, and conference proceedings.
- Collaborate directly with clients, partners, and co-counsel on trial strategy and settlement negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably within a major law firm or elite litigation boutique.
- Active state bar admission in good standing; stellar academic credentials
- Proven track record of strong legal research, exceptional brief-writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Federal clerkship or extensive court experience (especially New York practice) is highly valued.
