We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join our dynamic and fast-paced legal team. If you are passionate about the legal industry and have a strong background in commercial litigation, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of litigation matters, including intellectual property, civil litigation, trade secrets, business torts, and corporate governance. Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will:

1. Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters, including intellectual property, civil litigation, trade secrets, business torts, and corporate governance.

2. Represent clients in court hearings, defend depositions, argue motions, and try cases.

3. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.

4. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.

5. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management.

6. Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service at all times.

8. Keep up to date with the latest legal developments and trends in commercial litigation, applying this knowledge to your work.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Commercial Litigation Associate position, you must have:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the New York Bar.

3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably in a law firm environment.

4. Proven experience in intellectual property, civil litigation, trade secrets, business torts, and corporate governance.

5. Demonstrated ability to represent clients in court hearings, defend depositions, argue motions, and try cases.

6. Excellent legal research and writing skills.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

8. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

10. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
