Job DetailsQualifications:
- 3–7 years of litigation experience
- Active Illinois Bar admission
- Meaningful commercial litigation experience
- Strong research, writing and analytical skills
- Experience taking depositions and handling substantive motion practice
- Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with a larger litigation team
- Federal or state judicial clerkship is a plus
- Portable business and/or an interest in business development is highly valued
What You’ll Handle: Complex commercial and business disputes, Breach of contract and partnership disputes, Breach of fiduciary duty and fraud matters, Trade secret litigation, Real estate and construction litigation, UCC disputes, Employment-related litigation, State and federal court matters, Pleadings, substantive, motions and written discovery, E-discovery, Depositions and trial preparation, Direct client interaction and substantive case responsibility.
