Job Details

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of litigation experience
• Active Illinois Bar admission
• Meaningful commercial litigation experience
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills
• Experience taking depositions and handling substantive motion practice
• Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with a larger litigation team
• Federal or state judicial clerkship is a plus
• Portable business and/or an interest in business development is highly valued

What You’ll Handle: Complex commercial and business disputes, Breach of contract and partnership disputes, Breach of fiduciary duty and fraud matters, Trade secret litigation, Real estate and construction litigation, UCC disputes, Employment-related litigation, State and federal court matters, Pleadings, substantive, motions and written discovery, E-discovery, Depositions and trial preparation, Direct client interaction and substantive case responsibility.
