Compensation: $165,000 – $200,000 Base + Multi-Tier Bonus Structure
A highly regarded law firm in Cincinnati is expanding its litigation team and seeking experienced Commercial Litigation Associates. This role offers mid-level attorneys significant case ownership, a collaborative work culture, and a transparent path to partnership.
The ideal candidate brings strong commercial litigation experience and the confidence to "hit the ground running."
Balanced Billables: 1,800 annual requirement, with credit for up to 50 pro bono hours and 100 CLE/professional development hours.

Manage complex commercial litigation matters from intake to resolution.
Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and strategic legal memoranda.
Lead discovery, conduct depositions, and maintain direct client relationships.
Collaborate with partners on complex, high-stakes case strategies.
Licensure: Active Ohio State Bar admission in good standing (J.D. required).
Experience: 4+ years of dedicated commercial litigation practice in a law firm setting.
Skills: Exceptional writing and analytical abilities (writing sample required).
Autonomy: Proven ability to manage cases independently with minimal oversight.
