Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
• Develop and execute case strategies under the supervision of senior attorneys
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Draft reports, evaluations, and recommendations with precision and timeliness

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California bar license required
• 5+ years of experience in commercial or business litigation
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
