Job DetailsResponsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary duty, contract disputes, and commercial mortgage foreclosure.
2. Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation sessions.
3. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
4. Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on complex commercial litigation matters.
5. Work collaboratively with a team of skilled attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
6. Participate in client meetings and provide regular case updates.
7. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
8. Continually stay updated with changes in the law and industry trends to provide accurate advice to clients.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (graduated between 2020-2024).
2. Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate litigation matters.
4. Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
5. Proven experience in drafting legal documents and representing clients in court.
6. Proficient in using legal research tools and software.
7. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. A team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
