What You Will Do

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Engage in discovery processes, including depositions and document review, to build strong cases.
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediations, advocating for their interests with confidence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal guidance.
• Contribute to the firm's growth by mentoring junior associates and participating in business development initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial litigation within a law firm setting.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to handle complex legal issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on persuasive advocacy.
• A track record of successfully managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines under pressure.

Preferred

• Experience in media or AI-related legal matters is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
