A Commercial Litigation Associate job involves assisting senior counsel in handling a variety of commercial litigation matters, including researching legal issues, drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, and preparing for and participating in hearings and trials.

Qualifications
Bar membership, active and in good standing, in the jurisdiction (Illinois) where you are practicing, is also required.
To be considered, you must submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
