We are working with a <\/span>successful Nationwide, Construction Litigation<\/i><\/b> <\/span>Firm to fill the role of a <\/span>Commercial Litigation Associate <\/span><\/i><\/b>for their in <\/span>Tampa Bay <\/span><\/i><\/b>office. <\/span><\/i><\/b>Previous experience in Insurance will be considered. This is a <\/span>fast growing<\/i><\/b> <\/span>firm in which the associate will have the opportunity to <\/span>come in as a partner.<\/i><\/b>

The Attorney will be working alongside with the firm's partners conducting, litigation, collections – construction equipment to GC’s and subs, when they don’t pay, they turn it over to us to pursue (not consumer debt collections) – review contracts for clients, take depos, attend hearings and move towards handling trials w/a partner and on their own in years to come.
