Commercial Litigation Attorney (305/o)

A well-established litigation team is seeking a Commercial Litigation & Professional Liability Attorney to join its dynamic legal practice. This role involves handling professional liability and commercial litigation cases, conducting legal research, preparing pleadings, and representing clients in hearings, mediations, and trials. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of litigation experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cases involving professional liability and commercial litigation.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients.

Qualifications

• Active member of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
