We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling a variety of commercial litigation matters and providing sound legal advice to clients.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
Manage a caseload from inception through trial or settlement
Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
Communicate with clients, counsel, and courts
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to the state Bar and in good standing
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
