Job Details

We are seeking a Civil Litigation and Business Attorney to handle a diverse caseload of commercial and business-related matters from intake through trial.

Responsibilities
  • Handle cases from initial client intake through litigation and trial
  • Draft and negotiate business contracts, agreements, and related documents
  • Manage commercial litigation matters including discovery, depositions, and motion practice
  • Advise clients on business formation, corporate governance, and risk management
  • Handle matters involving commercial real estate and construction law
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and ensure high-quality service

Qualifications
  • Experience in civil litigation and business law matters
  • Background in business formation, corporate governance, and commercial contracts
  • Exposure to commercial litigation, real estate, and construction-related matters
  • Ability to manage cases independently from intake through trial
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active bar license in Texas
