Commercial Litigation Associate

A nationally recognized Am Law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Denver office. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support all phases of complex commercial litigation matters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation-related filings
  • Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
  • Participate in depositions, witness preparation, and case management activities
  • Assist with hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation
