A nationally recognized Am Law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Denver office. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, exceptional research and writing skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation matters. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support all phases of complex commercial litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation-related filings
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
• Participate in depositions, witness preparation, and case management activities
• Assist with hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation
• Work directly with clients to provide strategic legal advice and litigation updates
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on sophisticated business disputes
• Participate in client development initiatives,
