Responsibilities:
Represent clients in commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts
Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice

Participate in negotiations and settlements
Attend hearings, trials, and other court proceedings
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar license in the state of practice
5+ years of experience in commercial litigation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
