A growing New York law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. The attorney will represent financial institutions, lenders, property owners, businesses, and other clients in a broad range of real estate and commercial litigation matters.

Job Details
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York Bar required
2+ years of litigation experience preferred
Experience with real estate litigation, foreclosure, landlord-tenant, commercial litigation, or creditors' rights is a plus
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Excellent organization and case-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and client-service skills
Courtroom and motion practice experience preferred
