This role does not work that way.

A boutique litigation firm in Los Angeles is looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney who wants to be in the room where it happens. Hearings, mediations, arbitrations, trials. Real work with real stakes from day one.

What you will be doing:

• Handling commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery requests
• Managing all phases of discovery including depositions and document review
• Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations and trials
• Developing case strategy and providing clients with legal advice
• Collaborating with partners and attorneys on complex litigation matters

What you need to bring:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Four to ten years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong motion practice, discovery management and courtroom experience
• Stable work history with no more than two firms throughout your career
