Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and litigation support for commercial litigation attorneys
Draft, proofread, file, and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
Maintain litigation calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate hearings or depositions
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and witness coordination
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of civil procedure, court rules, and litigation terminology
Experience with state and federal e-filing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management software
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Associate"s or Bachelor"s degree, or paralegal certificate
Experience with iManage or similar legal document management systems
Salary: $60,000-$70,000/year
