Commercial Litigation Paralegal

A growing Houston plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support a busy attorney handling commercial motor vehicle accident litigation. This position is ideal for a highly organized litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being involved throughout the life of complex litigation matters.
Position: Commercial Litigation Paralegal
Location:  Houston, TX | 100% In-Office
Salary: up to $95K + benefits and generous bonuses
Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Manage case files from inception through trial
• Coordinate discovery responses and document production
• Schedule depositions, mediations, expert meetings, and court appearances
• Maintain litigation deadlines and attorney calendars
• Prepare trial notebooks and exhibits
• Request and organize medical and business records
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
• Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting complex litigation matters
• Strong knowledge of Texas litigation procedures
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
