Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and
correspondence
Manage case files from inception through trial
Coordinate discovery responses and document
production
Schedule depositions, mediations, expert
meetings, and court appearances
Maintain litigation deadlines and attorney
calendars
Prepare trial notebooks and exhibits
Request and organize medical and business records
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel,
experts, and court personnel
Assist attorneys throughout all phases of
litigation
Qualifications
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Personal injury litigation experience strongly
preferred
Experience supporting complex litigation matters
Strong knowledge of Texas litigation procedures
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
