Job DescriptionNew York (lower Manhattan‑hybrid) Partner – Commercial Litigation and Professional LiabilityOur client is seeking a Senior Attorney or Partner to join their New York office with a focus on Commercial Litigation and Professional Liability matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney looking to take on a high‑level role within a growing and collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesHandle complex commercial litigation and professional liability matters from inception through resolutionManage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparationProvide strategic legal counsel and risk analysis to clientsMaintain and build strong client relationshipsCollaborate with attorneys across practice groups on sophisticated mattersMentor junior attorneys and support overall team developmentParticipate in business development efforts and firm growth initiativesQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing in New YorkSignificant experience in commercial litigation and/or professional liability defenseStrong writing, analytical, and courtroom skillsAbility to independently manage cases and client relationshipsPortable book of business is a plus, but not requiredCompensationPartner‑level compensation ranging from $200,000–$250,000+, depending on experience and book of businessBonus opportunities availableCompetitive benefits package offeredThe firm is also open to considering highly qualified Senior Associates looking to transition into a long‑term leadership opportunity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
