Position Summary:The Loan Closing Coordinator's primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with SBA requirements as well as recognizing and proactively resolving problems in the closing process to ensure accuracy and completion of all necessary loan documents. Responsible for facilitating document preparation and commitment of SBA loans. Acts as a courteous and beneficial liaison between customers, departments and outside professional.Responsibilities:Document Review: Complete a detailed review of the loan approval to determine borrowers, guarantors, collateral and other required closing conditions. Identify missing or incorrect information and coordinate necessary corrections.Compliance: Review loan files and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Ensure legal and SBA requirements are satisfied.
