Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Sales & Business Development: Identify and cross-sell a wide range of commercial banking services by implementing a strategic sales plan.
- Loan Origination & Management: Develop new loans and expertly manage an existing loan portfolio.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with CRE and C&I clients. Experience in Ag Lending is a plus!
- Business Development Program: Continuously engage in business development activities to support existing customers and attract new ones.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Keep a close eye on loan repayment activities and take necessary actions to address past-due accounts.
- Specialization in Commercial Loans: Build a robust book of business focused on commercial loans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
- Business Development Skills: Demonstrated success in business development and credit risk assessment.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with bank regulations related to lending and debt collection.
- Community Involvement: Experience in a community bank or credit union setting and active participation in local communities.
