A Commercial Mortgage Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Loan Processor.

The Loan Processor will play a critical role in facilitating the loan application and approval process.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and reviewing loan applications from clients
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of all required documents and information
• Preparing loan files and ensuring they comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies
• Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on the loan application status and addressing inquiries or concerns
• Collaborating with loan officers, underwriters, and other internal teams to ensure seamless coordination throughout the loan processing cycle
