We are currently seeking a Commercial Loan Processor and Closing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing the administrative and coordination aspects of commercial loan processing, facilitating smooth and efficient closings, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Responsibilities

• Manage the loan application process from receipt to closing, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and lender requirements.
• Coordinate communication between borrowers, lenders, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely loan processing and closing.
• Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness prior to submission and closing.
• Track loan files and maintain detailed records and status updates in the company’s loan processing system.
• Schedule and coordinate loan closings, ensuring all parties are properly informed and prepared.
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the loan processing and closing phases.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to borrower inquiries and offering support throughout the loan lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a loan processor or closing coordinator in the financial services or commercial lending industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan products, underwriting processes, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, lenders, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Benefits

- Competitive base salary of $55,000 – $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
