What You'll Do:
- Process and close commercial loans and lines, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and bank policies.
- Facilitate loan documentation preparation and review.
- Serve as a liaison between loan officers, clients, outside counsel, insurance agents, and vendors.
- Maintain and update loan files, databases, and internal reports.
- Order necessary documents from third-party vendors and manage document distribution via DocuSign.
- Participate in weekly pipeline meetings and prepare fund request documents.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend procedural changes.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 2-4 years in loan servicing, loan administration, or commercial processing.
- Education: Associate's degree required.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Commercial Real Estate and related documentation; mortgage processing experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with LaserPro preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, accuracy in documentation, and advanced computer proficiency.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
