This team needs someone with direct commercial loan processing experience who can contribute quickly and work independently.

What you’ll do:

• Gather, prepare and review commercial loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.• Coordinate closing requirements with lenders, borrowers, attorneys, title companies and internal departments.• Confirm documentation matches loan approvals and required closing conditions.• Process new commercial loans, renewals, modifications and loan maintenance.• Support loan booking, organized file maintenance and post-closing follow-up.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 2 years of direct commercial loan processing or commercial loan operations experience.• Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation and closing procedures.• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines with minimal supervision.• Excellent attention to detail, communication and customer service.• Experience with commercial loan documentation and banking systems preferred.

Location:This is an onsite opportunity in Lansing, Michigan. Local candidates within approximately a 30-minute commute are preferred.
