Commercial Loan Processor
Location: Scripps Ranch, CA 92131
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $25 - $28/hr DOE
Duration: 3-months, with the possibility to be extended or go permanent based on performance and business needs

A credit union is looking for Commercial Loan Processors to join their team. The primary role is to coordinate all activities related to the packaging and documentation of loan files while facilitating the funding of loan transactions. Responsible for preparing loan application packages for review and final underwriting by the 1st VP Member Business Lending and AVP Credit Manager. Upon loan approval, prepares loan documents for loan closing. Provides support to the loan origination staff and will work under minimal supervision.
Primary Job Duties:
·Manage real estate loan prequalification's
·Manage loan application process
·Structure borrower loans
·Regulate and enforce compliance
·Verify borrower documents
·Coordinate with underwriters
·Price mortgage products
·Ensure projects are completed on time
·Manage the phone queue
·Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
·3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience
·Experience with FNMA Desktop Underwriter
·Must be registered with the NMLS
·High School Diploma
