Title: Commercial Loan Servicing Representative
Client: Banking
Location: Hybrid at San Antonio TX
Duration: 12+ months of contract | (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire)
Pay Range: $22/hr - $23/Hr
Shift: Monday–Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Description:
Team & Role Overview
- Position supports the Commercial Loan Servicing/Perfection Team.
- This is a production-based post-closing loan servicing role.
- Candidate will work through a high-volume production pipeline with established turnaround times (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end commercial loan perfection reviews.
- Review various collateral types and secured assets.
- Process and review:
- UCC filings
- UCC continuations
- UCC amendments
- Historical UCC searches
- Collateral documentation
- Work assigned production queues.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and SLA metrics.
- Escalate issues when documentation or collateral appears incorrect.
- Communicate updates with internal stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Commercial loan servicing experience.
- Experience working in a production-driven environment.
- Knowledge of:
- Commercial loan servicing process
- Commercial collateral types
- UCC filings and lien perfection
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
