As our commercial division continues to grow, we're looking for a Commercial Low Temperature Refrigeration Specialist who takes pride in solving difficult refrigeration problems while building long-term customer relationships.

This position focuses on commercial refrigeration systems—not residential air conditioning.

If you're someone that enjoys diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, refrigeration controls, and being the person everyone calls when others can't solve the problem, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair

• Walk-in coolers

• Walk-in freezers

• Reach-in refrigerators

• Reach-in freezers

• Ice machines

• Refrigeration racks

• Beverage coolers

• Prep tables

• Display cases

• Commercial refrigeration controls

Perform leak detection

Repair refrigerant circuits

Perform compressor replacements

Troubleshoot electrical controls

Perform preventative maintenance

Maintain accurate ServiceTitan documentation

Present repair options professionally

Coordinate with restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, medical facilities and commercial customers

Provide emergency after-hours service on rotation

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years commercial refrigeration experience preferred

EPA Universal Certification

Experience servicing low temperature refrigeration systems

Strong electrical troubleshooting ability

Ability to read wiring diagrams

Knowledge of refrigeration controls

Excellent customer communication

Valid California Driver License

Clean DMV record

Professional appearance

Self-motivated

Organized
