This position operates in a combination of commercial property, maintenance, and office environments. The role may require working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and exposure to mechanical equipment, noise, and active construction or maintenance areas.
The position may require after-hours support, overtime, emergency response, on-call rotations, and occasional shift work to support operational needs.

The compensation for the position is: $34.00 - $40.00
