Commercial Maintenance Sales

Position Overview

Midwest Heating & Cooling is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Commercial Maintenance Sales professional to help grow our commercial service division.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, selling, and maintaining commercial preventative maintenance agreements, while building long-term relationships with clients. You will play a key role in expanding our maintenance portfolio, driving recurring revenue, and supporting the overall success of our commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, present, and close new commercial preventative maintenance agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property managers, and business owners
  • Manage onboarding of new maintenance agreements and ensure smooth transition to service operations
  • Monitor contract renewal cycles and proactively secure renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Partner with service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and client data within ServiceTitan and CRM systems
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and growth metrics
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing sales and growth strategies

Compensation

This role offers a base salary plus performance-based commissions and bonuses, designed to reward growth and long-term account success.

    • Equipment replacements tied to maintenance agreements
  • Additional performance bonuses available based on monthly sales targets
