Description
Commercial Maintenance Technicaian
TradeWorX is seeking an experienced commercial maintenance technician to support multiple facilities throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area. This is a 24/7 on-call maintenance position for a dependable, well-rounded professional with hands-on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general facility maintenance experience. You will rotate between facilities weekly and will receive a company truck, gas card, and tools. Employees will be home every evening.

Pay & Overtime:
$25–$30/hour based on experience
After-hours call-out compensation: 1 hour worked = 4 hours of pay

Schedule:
24/7 on-call availability required
Weekly rotation between assigned facilities
Regular travel throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area
After-hours response required based on facility maintenance needs
Job Duties:
Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple facilities.
Complete plumbing, electrical, and carpentry-related maintenance work.
Troubleshoot facility issues and complete appropriate repairs.
Perform occasional painting and groundskeeping duties.
Travel between assigned facilities and respond to after-hours maintenance calls.
Maintain company-provided truck, tools, and equipment responsibly.
Requirements:
Proven experience performing facility, building, or general maintenance work.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
Ability and willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Ability to travel regularly between facilities throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area.
Ability to successfully complete required background check and drug screen.
Forklift certification required.
