Servicing Chester county, Delaware county, Montgomery county, Philadelphia and Delaware
Responsibilities:
-Completing work orders and other required tasks within stated time frames
-Successfully complete work order-driven repairs within stated time frames
-Perform routine preventive maintenance for building owners
-Estimate repairs for quotes when necessary
-Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
-Work as a team on large-scale projects
-Maintain cleanliness of company-supplied vehicles and uniforms
-Must be available to respond to emergencies during regular on-call rotation
-4+ years' of experience with commercial facilities maintenance.
-Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment relating to carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
-Ability to use a smartphone and smartphone apps.
-Valid Driver's license.
-High School Diploma.
