Title
: National Account Manager – Data Center Infrastructure
Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonus structure

Role and Responsibilities:
• Lead commercial initiatives focused on large-scale data center and critical infrastructure customers across multiple operating regions
• Manage and grow strategic customer relationships, joint ventures, and infrastructure partnerships within the data center sector
• Oversee commercial activities including account strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and long-term customer development
• Support expansion efforts tied to data center growth, infrastructure scaling, and power reliability requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and internal stakeholders to align customer expectations with project execution
• Drive commercial performance through disciplined CRM management, reporting, market analysis, and strategic planning
• Represent the organization in customer meetings, industry engagements, and partnership discussions
• Lead and mentor commercial team members while helping scale commercial operations and customer engagement efforts
• Support long-cycle infrastructure opportunities tied to mission-critical uptime, resiliency, and capacity planning needs
• Maintain strong communication internally and externally while managing complex customer relationships across multiple stakeholders

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in commercial leadership, account management, technical sales, strategic partnerships, or infrastructure-focused business roles
• Prior experience working with data center developers, hyperscalers, operators, power infrastructure providers, or related customers preferred
• Demonstrated leadership or team management experience
• Strong understanding of customer-facing commercial environments involving long sales cycles and strategic partnerships
• Background in power generation, distributed energy, infrastructure services, or mission-critical operations is highly desirable
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent industry experience will be considered
