Commercial Mechanical Installer – HVAC Piping and RTU Systems

Join a family-owned team with 40+ years in the valley, known for quality work and reliable service. We’re adding a Commercial Mechanical Installer to focus on retrofits, changeouts, and new construction across commercial (and occasional residential) projects.

Role snapshot

• Install & Replace: RTUs, WSHP systems, and cooling towers.
• Pipefitting: Grooved iron pipe installation and clean piping layout.
• Field Integration: Plumbing, welding, and refrigeration piping/brazing.
• Troubleshoot: Diagnose mechanical issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Coordinate: Work with property maintenance and project teams to deliver on schedule.
• Document: Complete digital service reports—no paper work orders.

What you bring

• 3+ years in HVAC installation/technician roles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability.
• Experience assisting with property maintenance tasks tied to installs.
• Skills in plumbing, welding, and refrigeration methods (preferred).
• Clear communicator with solid attention to detail.
• Clean AZ driver’s license; maintain a drug‑free standard.
• Background in central plants and chilled water systems is a plus.
