Commercial/Multifamily - Project Manager - Lake Norman Area

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout the Charlotte market. This role offers ownership of 2-4 projects simultaneously while leveraging cutting-edge construction technology and collaborating closely with executive leadership.

Description

The Commercial/Multifamily - Project Manager - Lake Norman Area will be responsible for:

• Managing 2-4 concurrent ground-up construction projects valued between approximately $7M-$15M through various phases of development.
• Leading project planning, budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution using Procore.
• Partnering closely with field operations, executive leadership, clients, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Providing project reporting and communicate project progress directly to senior leadership.
• Supporting multifamily, commercial, educational, and light industrial projects throughout the greater Charlotte region.

Profile

The successful Commercial/Multifamily - Project Manager - Lake Norman Area will have:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager or several years of Assistant Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Proven proficiency with Procore is required; candidates must be highly comfortable with construction technology.
• Experience managing ground-up construction projects, with multifamily experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Must be willing to work from the Mooresville, NC office with no remote work option.

Job Offer

The Commercial/Multifamily - Project Manager - Lake Norman Area can expect:

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
