    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Commercial New Construction Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing plumbing systems in commercial new construction projects and be able to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Current Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
    • Must have held your Tradesman or Journeyman license for a minimum of 2 years
    • Experience in commercial new construction plumbing
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
    • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various weather conditions

    Responsibilities

    • Install commercial plumbing systems, including water, sewer, and gas lines
    • Install fixtures, drains, piping, and plumbing equipment according to plans and specifications
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
    • Perform rough-in and finish plumbing installations
    • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and company safety standards
    • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on-site
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
