We SUPERKLEEN.” San Antonio & Surrounding Areas Evening Shift Position Commercial Cleaning Team Environment POSITION SUMMARY SuperKleen LLC is hiring dependable and detail-oriented individuals for our Restroom Attendant position. This role is one of the most important positions on the crew. Restroom attendants help maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, smell, appearance, and stocking of commercial facility restrooms throughout the night. This position is ideal for someone who: Notices details Moves with urgency Takes pride in cleanliness Can work independently Understands consistency matters PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, and mirrors Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and supplies Empty trash and replace liners Spot clean walls, partitions, and doors Sweep and mop restroom floors Monitor odors and cleanliness throughout the shift Report supply shortages or maintenance concerns Assist with final restroom inspections before leaving buildings SCHEDULE Training: 5:00 PM until the route is finished Training will not exceed 11:00 PM Standard Schedule: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM PAY STRUCTURE $800 Paid on the 3rd & 17th Guaranteed bonus structure available based on: Attendance Quality of work Teamwork Communication Following company standards WHAT WE LOOK FOR Dependability Attention to detail Good hygiene & professionalism Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Positive attitude Consistent attendance Ability to follow instructions SUPERKLEEN STANDARD Every restroom should: LOOK clean ️ FEEL clean SMELL clean That is the standard.
