SUMMARY:

Provides operational, logistical, and analytical support to the Manufactured Brands team to drive operational efficiency and support revenue growth. This role bridges the gap between strategy and execution by helping manage critical front-end and back-end business processes while serving as a liaison between cross-functional teams, including the Customer Team, Product Development, the CIE Team, Customer Service, and other internal partners.

Operating under the mentorship of a team leader, the ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, item setup, order flow, and cross-functional business processes. The role is responsible for coordinating information across multiple departments, transforming and validating product data, supporting product commercialization activities, and helping ensure accurate recordkeeping, timely execution, and well-documented workflows. Over time, this individual will become a key operational resource within the Manufactured Brands organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate day-to-day communication and workflow activities between the Customer Team, CIE Team, Product Development, Customer Service, Planning, and other internal partners to support efficient product lifecycle management and operational execution.
  • Partner with the Customer Team to receive, organize, and catalog incoming samples, specifications, product information, and SKU data for new and existing products, ensuring information is complete and ready for internal processing and setup.
  • Support front-end item setup activities by validating, organizing, and converting raw product data into required system formats, units of measure, and product structures while maintaining accurate customer, product, and operational records within company systems.
  • Serve as a liaison to Product Development and manufacturing partners by communicating product specifications, setup requirements, development milestones, and timing updates while helping track progress throughout the commercialization process.
  • Assist with order processing, reporting, and data maintenance activities related to product readiness, item setup, customer programs, team activity, and other operational performance metrics.
  • Support the successful transition of products from development into business systems by helping ensure setup information is complete, accurate, and available for downstream planning, forecasting, customer service, and operational activities.
  • Document, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures related to product setup, workflow coordination, reporting, and other recurring departmental processes.
  • Develop proficiency in internal systems, workflows, and business processes to support compliance, improve data accuracy, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Support internal and external communication by responding to inquiries, compiling required documentation, preparing reports, and assisting with presentations and customer-facing materials as needed.
  • Gain exposure to broader sales and operations functions over time, including forecasting support, business reporting, customer program management, process improvement initiatives, and other commercial operations activities.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • College Degree Preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a corporate administrative role preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exposure to unit-of-measure concepts or manufacturing environments is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

  • Basic ability to track projects and facilitate smooth data handoffs between customer-facing and backend technical teams.
  • Comfort working with numbers to understand and verify conversions between raw SKU specifications and production units (put-ups, dz, cases).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, basic formulas), PowerPoint (slide formatting), and Word. Quick learner of internal ERP or database software.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental email correspondence and status updates.
  • Exceptional time-management skills with a sharp eye for accuracy in data entry and tracking project timelines.
