Come create your career with VoltVolt is immediately hiring a Commercial Operations Manager in Rio Rancho NM.As a Commercial Operations Manager you will Manage contract updates amendments terminations term sheets and customer representative and supplier agreements Develop document train and oversee sales and business development processes and protocols Administer onboarding and offboarding activities for sales managers representatives distributors and business partners Manage RFQ and bid responses tracking and reporting Support customer and partner visits and coordinate follow-up actions Maintain CRM ERP customer product agreement and campaign databases Serve as the subject matter expert for ERP systems supporting Sales Business Development and Marketing functions Analyze data and create reports to support management decision-making Oversee customer surveys dashboards KPI reporting and program reviews Coordinate administrative support activities for account managers and sales teams Support sales leadership with order management invoicing customer escalations and special transactions Administer customer rewards and retention programs Coordinate pricing lists revision control marketing collateral technical documentation customer approvals and specifications Identify growth opportunities within existing customer accounts and support account expansion strategies Analyze CRM ERP transaction history repair activity quotes and operational data to uncover revenue opportunities Lead revenue recovery and account penetration initiatives Monitor customer purchasing trends and competitive activity Maintain opportunity tracking systems KPI dashboards and sales performance reports Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Sales Customer Support Engineering Operations and Finance teamsThis is a full-time position.
