This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Member Services to ensure efficient execution across the entire commercial lifecycle-from contract creation to reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end process for membership and upgrade contracts, including validating deal information with Sales, creating and managing opportunities in Salesforce, generating documents, coordinating legal approvals for exceptions, securing executive sign-offs, and partnering with Accounting to finalize payment details. Ensure accurate onboarding by integrating new member, partnership, and employee accounts into backend systems.
Partner with the Senior Director, Commercial Operations, and Finance & Accounting to review and support month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with revenue goals.
Develop, maintain, and distribute Salesforce reports and dashboards. Continuously monitor data integrity and improve reporting efficiency to support informed decision-making.
Leverage CRM and operational data to identify trends, optimize the sales funnel, and deliver actionable insights to Commercial Operations leadership.
Provide day-to-day support across Salesforce, SalesLoft, Excel, and PowerPoint, helping drive adoption and best practices across the sales organization.
Program Management:
Charitable Donation Program: Manage program operations, including responding to inquiries, creating materials, coordinating with event teams, tracking deliverables, and reporting on program performance and revenue impact.
Referral Programs: Oversee program administration, including applying rewards, collecting W-9 documentation, and partnering with Accounting and Member Services to analyze trends and performance.
Cross-Functional Projects:
Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed to support business priorities.
Provide responsive support to the sales organization, including being available on-call and working after hours as needed to meet business demands and support time-sensitive transactions.
