What your future day will look like:

• Actively prospecting, making cold and warm calls, and networking to generate fresh leads and build robust referral pipelines.
• Evaluate clients' personal or commercial insurance needs, develop customized quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and confidently close new business.
• Nurture lasting client relationships and systematically ask for referrals while promoting the company's referral program.
• Consistently meet or exceed your new business targets.
• Continuous learning, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new insurance products and industry trends to best advise your clients.

Type: Direct

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Active Property/Casualty license
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of insurance laws, regulations and processes, ability to analyze and interpret insurance policies and insurance coverage and/or experience in working in a compliance and regulatory environment strongly preferred
• Must have current valid driver's license and consistent access to a personal vehicle which can be utilized to complete business marketing activities in the local community
