Position Summary: The Painter is to provide service to exterior and interior areas of the painting projects in a safe and high performing manner.
The Blueprint for Success - Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for painting the exterior and interior areas of the project.
Execute pre-painting activities, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and masking of adjacent surfaces prior to painting , papering, texturing, etc. if required.
Follow management's instructions in maintaining an inventory of paint and supplies.
Comply with OSHA/MSDS guidelines with respect to the use of hazardous chemicals.
Stay up-to-date with storage and disposal laws, regulations, codes, etc.
The ability to use hand and power tools.
Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
Interact positively with customers and ensure property is well maintained.
Carry out after project cleaning of areas, supplies, and equipment at the completion of project.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Additional Painter Collaborators duties as needed.

Tools for the Job:
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Painting and/or construction knowledge
The ability to work in different environmental conditions.
Ability to work at great heights
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Ability to climb ladders and maintain their balance while carrying heavy materials
Valid Driver's License.
Preferred:
Proficient in the safe handling and utilization of ladders.
Good oral and written communications skills.
