Job Description

As a Commercial Pest Control Sales Representative, you will focus on driving new business growth by developing and securing business-to-business accounts within your assigned territory. In this role, you will identify prospects, conduct cold calls, schedule appointments with prospects, and present customized pest management solutions to commercial clients.

This position offers a protected territory and uncapped commission potential, allowing you to build long-term client relationships while growing your earnings. You will also receive an extensive sales training program to ensure you have the tools, product knowledge, and strategies needed to succeed in your role.

What to expect

  • Drive strategic new business development by identifying, prospecting, and securing commercial accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct cold calls, prospecting activities, and in-person outreach to generate new opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with and convert company-generated leads through timely, professional follow-up.
  • Qualify prospective clients, schedule consultative sales appointments, and present tailored pest management solutions.
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough client follow-ups and quality assurance engagements to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience
  • Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to cold call, propose, and close new business deals
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred

  • Pest control industry experience.
