Commercial Pipe Systems Plumber — Active Facility Retrofits

Is this you?

• Do you excel at reading and applying blueprints, schematics, and project specs?
• Can you install, repair, and modify copper, PVC, cast iron, and PEX systems with confidence?
• Are you comfortable performing underground/above-ground rough-ins, top-outs, and finish work?
• Do you cut, thread, braze, and solder to spec without missing a beat?
• Can you set fixtures—sinks, toilets, valves, water heaters, specialty equipment—cleanly and efficiently?
• Do you troubleshoot fast to reduce downtime in live operations?
• Will you coordinate with other trades to keep timelines intact?
• Are you committed to code compliance, OSHA standards, and site-specific PPE rules?
• Do you keep your work area organized on a fast-paced job site?

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of recent commercial plumbing experience.
• Full PPE required: hard hat, safety glasses, vest, steel-toed boots.
• Bring your own plumbing tools.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current OSHA 10 or 30.
