$28–$36/HR DOE | TEMP-TO-PERM | HOSPITAL & HEALTHCARE PROJECTS

We are hiring experienced Commercial Pipefitters, Certified Pipe Welders, and Commercial Plumbers for ongoing hospital and healthcare construction projects throughout the Tampa Bay Area.

If you have experience with welded, threaded, and soldered piping and know how to work in demanding commercial healthcare environments, we want to hear from you!

PAY

$28–$36 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity with the potential for long-term employment for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and quality workmanship.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Install commercial piping systems on hospital and healthcare projects
• Perform welded, threaded, and soldered pipe installation
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications
• Perform pipe layout, measuring, cutting, fitting, and installation
• Install valves, fittings, hangers, supports, and related components
• Work with various types and sizes of commercial piping
• Perform pressure testing and assist with system startup
• Coordinate work with other trades on active construction sites
• Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS

Candidates with previous experience working on hospitals, medical centers, healthcare facilities, or other complex commercial projects are strongly preferred.

Experience working in occupied healthcare facilities and understanding the importance of maintaining clean and controlled work areas is highly valued.
